Rental terms
Summary of the conditions that apply to vehicle rentals with Siblings Car Rental Curaçao – Brothers BV. The agreement signed at handover is the valid document and prevails over this page.
Driver requirements
Minimum age of 23 and a valid driver's licence. The booking must be confirmed with us.
Deposit
No advance deposit is required. This does not release the driver from liability for damage under the agreement.
Fuel
The vehicle is handed over with a set fuel level and must be returned at the same level. Any difference is charged to the driver.
Cleaning
The vehicle must be returned in reasonably clean condition. Exceptional cleaning may be charged.
Traffic and parking fines
Any fine issued during the rental period is the driver's responsibility.
Keys
Lost or damaged keys carry a replacement cost payable by the driver.
Accidents
In case of an accident the driver must inform Siblings Car Rental immediately and report it to the police. Do not accept liability or agree compensation with third parties without authorisation.
Damage
The driver is liable for damage caused to the vehicle during the rental period, under the terms of the signed rental agreement.
Use of the vehicle
The vehicle may only be driven by the drivers registered in the agreement and must be used normally and on suitable roads.
